Congratulations! We have a comprehensive resource that we have developed to help you when you're just starting out. The BOSS membership is for seasoned bridal shop owners who have been in business at least 2 years or more with the average length of ownership inside of BOSS being 10 years.
Are you a one size fits all program?
We are not a on-size-fits-all program. We put many different checkpoints and resources in place to help you as you work towards the specific goals you have for yourself and your business. You have direct access to Mindi, our client success coach, and other team members as well as the resources we have in place. We are passionate about coming alongside you and meeting you where you are so we can help you reach your next level together.
Do you offer training for my team?

I'm not in the US, will this work for me?
Great question. Unlike so many other programs out there, inside BOSS, we link arms with you. A few ways we do this is with once a month LIVE trainings with Mindi, monthly LIVE Q&As, a quarterly success call with our strategist, and we create many opportunities to see you in person.
What type of results are BOSS members seeing?
I love talking about results. You must watch some of the video testimonials on this page. Every week, we have people inside BOSS sharing results with our community. Common results are seeing their yearly profit margins increase between 8-12%, and their revenue increase between 15-20%. Also, they have better and more engaged employees, and one of my favorites, they are loving their job again.
How many years should I be in business before joining BOSS?

What is the average size bridal shop inside of BOSS.
The average medium sales are about $1.2 million per year. We ask that BOSS members have a minimum of $300,000 in annual sales, and we have clients all the way up to $7 million in our program. If you don't meet the minimum threshold, we have resources available to help you take your bridal shop to the next level.
How do I know when is the right time to invest in education?
If you’re asking this question, the answer is probably now. The right time is when you’re done spinning your wheels and ready to lead with intention. If you're ready to make 10x moves and craving structure, strategy, and accountability—BOSS was created for you.
I'm not in the US, will this work for me?
Great question—BOSS works no matter where your shop is located. I’ve shared these strategies with owners around the world, and they’ve seen success. The only requirement is that you’re fluent in English so you can fully engage with the materials and coaching.
